Colorado. Again.

Sorry, more Colorado pics... These are mostly from the second half of our stay there. We went hiking, caught a horney toad, and did a lot of park trips....

Silver Jack... This was our last day here.

The view from one of the parks we went to... It's in Ouray, which is this cool little town that had a really fun old fashioned candy store.

There was a hot springs pool there too...

This is the jobsite... We were able to eat lunch with Tom here every day and do some exploring at the same time.

That was the first thing that Cole said when we pulled up to the farm house we were staying at in Colorado. And I just chuckled. We as a family were given the extreme great opportunity to go stay with Tom for 2 weeks in Colorado while he worked.
We were all in heaven...
Life in Ridgway Colorado was very different. It really was green everywhere.
Thunderstorms rolled in every afternoon like clockwork.
This town had NO fast food restaurants (to my delight)
Every place closed by 9pm and were CLOSED on Sundays.
We got to see deer, elk, cows, horses, fish, and foxes daily.
We went hiking, fishing, exploring, and best of all got to be together as a family.

This pond was on the side of the house and Cole got to fish everyday.

Ranger ride... We were looking for deer "ears"... as Cole called him.

How could you not love that?

I already miss it.

Upon returning home Cole announced to all...

"I don't want to be in this home anymore. I want to go back to the farm house."

I, secretly, was feeling the same way.
